My client an internationally successful organisation is seeking a fluent Italian Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to join their established team at their offices based in Harrow in a hybrid working role.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of itinerates and requesting services to suppliers
2. Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary
3. Distributing all necessary information to all partners
4. Negotiating and renegotiating rates with suppliers
5. Issuing the correct documentation
6. Invoicing of clients and processing supplier invoices
7. Providing assistance to customers
8. Leading and supporting a team of 5-7 individuals
9. First contact for questions, challenges and feedback
10. Meet the end-to-end need of the client
11. All aspects of margin protection/enhancement, and cost of sale reduction
12. Liaising with clients in sales support and itinerary development, where necessary.
13. To flexibly support team members of the same region (and other regions where business requirements demand) to fulfil their role as and when needed, for business reasons such as productivity, expertise absence, illness etc.
14. Systems and process improvements in collaboration with Training Manager
Requirements:
15. Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional language skills would be a great advantage
16. Strong communication skills
17. IT literate
18. DMC experience highly desired
