1. Respond to telephone and email queries
2. Liaise with Adviser, clients and providers
3. Volume diary management for Adviser
4. Schedule, prepare and attend meetings
5. Annual review preparation, contact clients for information
6. Obtain Letters of Authority
7. Submit business to provider platforms
8. Update spreadsheets and back-office system
9. Prepare cash flow plans
10. Process actions from meetings, for both new and existing clients
11. Review risk profile and fact-find
12. Occasionally, complete suitability reports
