What will the Credit Control role involve?
Collecting mixed value aged and current debt by telephone and email;
Resolving all associated credit control queries and escalating problematic accounts to the Credit Control Manager;
Raise and send monthly statements at the beginning of each month;
Carry out credit checks on new customers to evaluate appropriate payment terms;
Reviewing existing customers’ credit limits and ensuring credit terms are being met;
Attending weekly credit control team meetings and highlighting any problematic accounts;
General administration including creation and management of customer accounts.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work deadlines;
Self-motivated, confident, and persistent.
