Protocol Education is seeking a qualified History Teacher with UK QTS to join a well-regarded school in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to bring history to life for students and help them develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
Role Overview:
As a History Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking history lessons to secondary students. You will have the chance to work within a supportive team, inspiring students and promoting a deeper understanding of history’s impact on the world today.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality history lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
* Encourage students to think critically and analytically.
* Collaborate with other staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History.
* Experience teaching History in a UK secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for the subject.
