About The Role
Morrisons Energy Services is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work on our EV Contracts across the UK based in Liverpool.
As Business Development Manager (EV) you will focus on winning new business in the EV sector, selling a range of services that are mainly based around the outsourcing of EV design, installation and maintenance activities together with adjacent services, e.g. solar / battery storage. You will be responsible for generating new leads that will deliver the growth required, developing client relationships and subsequent preparation and delivery of both pre-qualification and tender documents.
You will need to be comfortable with the tight deadlines and pressures of working in a business development environment, as well as the highs and lows of wins and the occasional near miss.
As the Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
Building Relationships: Engage with Charge Point Operators (CPO’s), Energy Retailers, Local Authorities and Client’s representatives to identify and seize opportunities.
Driving Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base, ensuring we meet the needs of the business and achieve business plan sales targets.
Collaborating: Work closely with internal teams to align our solutions with market demands and regulatory requirements.
