Job Description
3. Credit Control: Proactively chase outstanding debt to ensure timely payment.
4. Cash Management: Post and allocate cash receipts to ledgers, control unallocated cash, and reconcile accounts.
5. Account Management: Investigate and resolve customer queries, maintain and update customer records.
6. Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer accounts, ensuring all actions meet agreed SLA/KPIs.
7. Process Improvement: Regularly review and recommend improvements to current processes.
8. Reporting: Collate and review ledger information, reporting key issues and recommendations to the Credit Control Manager.
9. Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of customer accounts, resolving any queries efficiently.
10. Month-End and Year-End: Work closely with the finance department to meet critical month-end and year-end deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
11. Experience: Proven background in Credit Control with the ability to work independently.
12. Communication: Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
13. Technical Skills: Strong administration and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
14. Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
