About Becketwell Arena
Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.
Role Overview
To Support all areas of marketing and communication for Becketwell Live, with an emphasis on; driving ticket sales, maximising opportunities for the sale of premium products and working with venue partners to fulfil their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support all areas of marketing and communications to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to brand guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, social media, e-marketing, and content management.
2. Create marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
3. Develop a working knowledge of the venue's operations to meet the needs of teams, stakeholders, partners, and promoters effectively.
4. Maintain and build relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
5. Liaise directly with ticketing and related partners before, during, and after events, regularly monitor sales, and evaluate the success of sales promotions.
6. Assist arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
7. Help plan and develop further marketing initiatives for event promotion.
8. Represent the marketing team at site visits and events as necessary.
9. Provide and promote a high level of customer service across the business.
10. Ensure all relevant information is communicated quickly and clearly so that it is easily understood.
11. Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and delivery.
12. Website or content management systems experience.
13. Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop (or similar products).
