Description
1. Processing high volume invoices.
2. Reconciling supplier statements.
3. Assisting in month-end procedures.
4. Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
5. Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
7. Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
1. AAT Qualification would be beneficial.
2. Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role or similar is essential.
3. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
