Day rate -Up to £ per day Inside 1R35
Manchester Working days - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Work Address - North Manchester
The role
A requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen an existing commercial team as part of a contract in partnership with Manchester City Council. Office based in Greater Manchester (North Manchester)
Candidate requirements
• All applicants must have a main contractor background
• Social housing experience required (decent homes, R&M, voids, compliance, planned works etc)
• Ideally educated to degree level RATE Up to £ a day
