This growth phase will present lots of opportunity for the Finance Manager to make a real difference, through the implementation and development of systems and processes, and the enhancement of operational and commercial insight and reporting in to the Leadership Team.

The Role
With the support of the FD you'll oversee the day to day operation of a small Finance team with a view to future-proofing the function, through systems and process improvements, enhancement of the commercial value of finance, and creation of structure and rigour befitting of a growing business. This includes supporting the implementation of a new and hotly anticipated project costing system and the development of budget/forecast structures.
The Person
1. Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or Qualified By Experience
2. Project costing experience highly desirable
3. Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and be hands-on
4. Ambitious - eager to keep learning and grow in the role
5. Track record in creating and improving systems and processes; continuous improvement mindset
Salary to £60k + 25 days annual leave
Hybrid working offering 1 day per week remote working.
