Key Duties:
Manage tasks and report to the Technical Service Manager.
Prioritise client needs and promptly address inquiries.
Ensure KPIs are met and escalate issues within 24 hours.
Schedule maintenance visits and oversee repair work from order to completion.
Issue reports, raise permits, and manage emergency requests.
Review and send quotes, assisting with client queries.
Collaborate on team diary management and cover for absences.
Handle phone calls and emails, escalating urgent matters.
Complete additional tasks during peak periods.Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role and within a construction environment.
Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a desire to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
