Specialist decorating contractor based in Cambridgeshire but operating across East Anglia and Lincolnshire. They operate on small domestic projects through to large commercial and residential developments. They pride themselves on the work they deliver, leading to repeat business and a growing order book.
Your new role
Due to this continued growth, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager to support the Directors in delivering multiple projects, with a key focus on ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard on budget and on time.
Key Duties:
* Contract Management: review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Health & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with H&S requirements and company policies.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects
* Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams to ensure contract terms are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records.
* Reporting: Prepare reports on project status
