We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our clients’ team who are based in Northampton.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide exceptional administrative support to the business. This role requires a person who is friendly, approachable and professional.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front desk management
2. Greet and welcome visitors
3. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
4. Relay messages promptly to appropriate staff members
5. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Experience
7. Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred
Skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Strong organisational skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
11. Friendly, approachable and professional
Working Hours
12. Monday - Friday
13. 12:30pm - 6pm
Salary
£16,360 per annum
