Business Development Manager
Introduction:
Our client is a well-known and respected leader in security and vault services across Rugby and surrounding Coventry and Warwickshire. They are a family run organisation, specialising in mobile, static, vault and consultancy security services.
After establishing a strong presence, reputation and achieving significant growth, they now require a Business Development Manager that will be pivotal in increasing the active sales development activity.
The opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual with experience of B2B business development. Industry specific experience in security is not essential. After a detailed period of getting to know the organisation, the successful candidate will start by drawing upon their experience to produce a long term and robust strategic sales plan and then get to work in delivering against it autonomously.
Key requirements:
1. Experience in a Business Development role
2. Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
3. Ability to produce a detailed strategic sales plan
4. Experience in providing monthly sales reporting and expenditure to directors
5. Able to maximise the use of a CRM system
6. Research and identification of new markets for new and existing products and services
