* Technical support with help from a 1st line administrator. Areas include mechanical, electrical and engines (petrol and diesel hybrid) (60%)
* Design, improve and deliver product training. Could be in person, online, or instructional videos, with support from the team (30%)
* Manage the parts and warranty process, which is mature, with commercial opportunity (10%)
