Our Values Look After each other Do what you love Continuous Improvement Exceptional Service Job Purpose Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to regional based customers whilst achieving sales targets. Fundamental Duties and Responsibilities Plan and Prioritise customer visits using CRM software and internals sales team direction. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address their needs. Responsible for account management of independent accounts of their territory. Using product knowledge to upsell products, and introduce new products to customers, including evaluating customer reports to highlight additional areas of potential sales opportunities including maximising revenue from existing customers by increasing incremental sales and number of SKUs ordered. Develop long term relationships with customers resulting in greater customer service, customer retention and increased revenue for the company. Maintain and complete relevant paperwork and records, including but not limited to, meeting reports, customer account details and expenses according to the business requirements. Effectively plan diary schedule to fully maximize time, combining site visits in a geographical location and reducing unnecessary mileage or expenses. Competently understanding the individual needs of your customers to allow successful response with product suggestions, menu development or query resolutions.
