As a Care Night Team Leader, you will need to be adaptable and able to lead effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team are essential for ensuring high standards of care.
The Role...
1. To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
2. Report, record, and address issues related to staff, residents, relatives, or visitors, while managing staff schedules and supporting care staff.
3. Contribute to residents' care planning and reviews, administer and monitor medication, and maintain accurate records.
4. Assist with physiological measurements, oversee safety and security in the workplace, and promote health and safety practices.
5. Support residents and families during palliative care and bereavement, attend training to enhance your skills, monitor residents' nutrition, and work within Parklands' Quality Management System (Q.M.S). Participation in mandatory training is required.
This is a permanent role, working either full-time or part-time, on a rotational basis that includes weekends.
