Job Duties:
5. Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
6. Provide personal care and support to children as needed
7. Assist in implementing a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual needs
8. Foster children's self-confidence, positive self-esteem, and communication skills
9. Encourage children to develop self-evaluation skills and positive attitudes towards their achievements
10. Ensure equal opportunities for all pupils to facilitate their development
11. Collaborate with parents to involve them in their child's education
12. Maintain a positive and forward-looking approach to discipline
