The Opportunity:
Avantor (VWR) is looking for an additional dedicated and communicative Internal Sales Account Manager to create sustainable and profitable relationships with customers by helping them to succeed.
This role can either be a full-time, hybrid, or remote position. To be considered for the role, you must have a full, clean UK driving license. Although the role is predominantly telephone-based, part of the role remit is to visit our customers on a nationwide basis when required.
Working within your own designated sales territory & group of allocated customers, using mainly telephone interactions to gauge customer requirements, the Internal Sales Account Manager is responsible for upselling and cross selling within these accounts driving high growth potential and implementing strategies agreed upon with management to increase the sales.

The team
Avantor's (VWR) UK Internal Sales Team is made up of 10 dedicated associates supporting the UK & Northern Ireland customer base. This team is accountable for all sales activities from lead generation through to price negotiation to closing as an order.
