QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
G.C.S.E. English at Grade C or equivalent
Certified proof of competency in accordance with FSA regulations for selling insurance or willingness to undertake training
Desirable
NVQ/SVQ levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service.
