As the incoming Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take on the pivotal responsibility of managing the redevelopment of existing TV and Film studios and overseeing the creation of a new production village in Hartlepool.
Additionally, you will lead collaborative efforts with a prestigious client on a variety of commercial projects, ensuring the delivery of world-class construction outcomes.

The Senior Construction Project Manager
Will have:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
2. Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
3. Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.) is desirable
4. A proactive approach, ready to handle a range of tasks from high-level management to practical, day-to-day activities.
5. A construction related, RICS accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
