CMA are partnering with a globally recognised brand, to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a fixed term contract for 18 months. The role will sit as part of an inclusive and experienced team to process payroll of around 1800 employees. The business offers ample long term development opportunities. The role is offered on the basis of primarily working from home with occasional travel to the office in Portsmouth for meetings.
What will the Payroll role involve?
Processing end to end payroll for c1800 staff
Checking and maintaining accuracy of employee information
Calculation of statutory payments such as SMP, SPP and SSP
Process adjustments such as overpayments and reversals
General adhoc duties as required by the payroll team.
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll vacancy:
Experience of processing end-to-end payroll in house is essential
Recent payroll experience with an up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
Experience of SAP or Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
