Have you got a proven track record in sourcing and securing land & development opportunities for new logistics sites? Are you keen to work for a developer who has money to spend and is keen to do deals. My client are looking to strengthen the team with a Land / Acquisitions Manager who can get out and about, sourcing and acquiring new land opportunities for logistics park developments. With a strong cash balance, my client are keen to do deals and are looking for someone to support the divisional MD in increasing their profile and land bank. You will have a proven background in the logistics sector, having worked for one of the leading players such as Panattoni, Tritax, Prologis, Segro or Harworth, or for a leading consultancy / agency. On offer is a salary of circa £65k - £80k plus package, and the opportunity to be part of a growing division, and to take advantage of the opportunities that will open up as they develop. Requirements: Proven background in sourcing & acquiring land for logistics park development. Driven and keen to succeed, and be a part of a growing division. Experience at a leading logistics developer or consultancy in the logistics sector. Degree qualified, with a strong preference for a property / real estate based subject. Ambitious, and keen to develop their career at a pace.
