This role that you are applying for will be working for KINTO UK Ltd, which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, with offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO UK shares their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK; however, the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.

You’ll work together with an experienced and welcoming team to create a great employee experience at KINTO through:
1. Collaborating with managers to attract, hire, and retain great people.
2. Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start to their KINTO journey.
3. Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
4. Supporting employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement.
5. Answering queries and providing data insight, e.g., regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers’ reports.
6. Supporting the team with processes and checklists.
7. Checking the monthly payroll submission.
8. Maintaining people-related policies.
9. Joining project teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
1. CIPD qualified desirable.
2. Previous HR Advisor experience is a requirement.
3. Knowledge of current employment legislation.
4. Recruitment experience.
5. Experience of working within a busy and corporate company.
You will work within a high-performing team in a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity, showing respect for people and working with integrity. Therefore, you will need to:
1. Have good attention to detail.
2. Be pro-active.
3. Have excellent time management skills.
4. Have knowledge and understanding of how to deal with confidential issues.
On occasions, you will be required to travel to Toyota Head office in Burgh Heath, Surrey.
