* Junior Systems Engineer (recent graduates): £31,000 - £35,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)
* Systems Engineer (PHD or graduates with post-grad experience): £36,000 - £44,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

AWE is currently recruiting for Systems Engineers to join our Surety Group.
This role is ideally suited to a Systems Engineer who enjoys carrying out holistic assessments and developing balanced and verifiable system architectures.
The AWE Surety Group is developing an enhanced capability to holistically assess safety, security and dependability to advise our customers and develop balanced and verifiable system architectures, by capturing and translating stakeholder vision into system and sub-system requirements, developing concepts, system architectures and the tools and techniques to analyse them.
Who are we looking for?
We do need you to have the following:
* Engineering degree or relevant qualification and experience in the industry
* Experience in requirements analysis (may be security or safety specific) and use cases
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
* Understanding how different components interact within a system, including dependencies and impacts.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to analyse complex systems and identify vulnerabilities.
* Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology and systems.
* Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
