We have an exciting new opportunity here at e.surv Chartered Surveyors for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for industry leading data services developed by e.surv.
Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and positioning e.surv’s data products as essential solutions within the wider property sector. The role requires an innovative thinker who is skilled in both consultative selling and the nuances of data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy for data services to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and action
3. Identify and target key industries and markets.
4. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine and adapt the sales strategy.
5. Lead the strategic presentation and communication of innovative data products to existing and potential clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving wide adoption across industry sectors.
6. Lead efforts to acquire new corporate clients, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
