Lucera Financial Infrastructures is hiring a Level 2 Application Support Engineer for our Belfast office to help expand our global support footprint for our suite of our core products, used by some of the top names in financial services.
We are looking for someone who has 3+ years’ experience working primarily with customer support in financial services. This role is for individuals who can work effectively as part of the local and wider global team, along with the ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. Understanding of support processes, and ability to react and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong skills in Unix/Linux based environments
Experience with Financial Services, in particular concepts of Market Data and Order Entry

Knowledge of common scripting languages and ability to automate common processes, and interact with existing frameworks
