As a Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel to potential clients, using excellent communication and negotiation skills to generate revenue. You'll identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and create sales strategies with our marketing and operations teams. It's essential to maintain positive relationships with existing clients, track industry trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
We need someone with
* Sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, with prior sales experience and a familiarity with the sales process
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate the hotel's value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients
* Teamwork skills, to collaborate with other teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, and share information to ensure the hotel's success
* Organisation and attention to detail, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
