Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Overseeing a portfolio of clients worth approximately £500k, including limited companies, partnerships, and individuals.
* Accounts & Tax Preparation:
* Year-end accounts preparation
* Management accounts and VAT returns
* Corporate and income tax returns and computations
* Compliance & Advisory: Monitoring statutory compliance in accounts and taxation matters, advising clients, and holding client meetings.
* Team Supervision: Supervising junior staff, planning and monitoring work, providing training, and assessing performance.
* Business Development: Promoting the firm's services and managing new client onboarding.
* Liaison: Regularly liaising with the partners of the firm.
Requirements:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
* Minimum 5 years of UK practice background.
