Job Description
PE Global is recruiting an executive assistant for our personal care client based in Walton Oaks. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is hybrid (1 day a week onsite).
Responsibilities of the role:
* Extensive and complex diary management including booking rooms, conference requirements and guests as required.
* Prepare department meetings
* Travel arrangements for the R&D VP and their leadership team
* Managing expenses via Concur
* Prioritising and preparing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* When required, assist leaders with their Communications / Announcements.
* Manage incoming calls efficiently and confidentially
* Budget monitoring on a monthly basis
* Support broader R&D team with administrative queries, problem solving, raising Purchase orders, organising events
Requirements:
* Previous experience experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above)
* Experience of scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel- preferably via Concur
* Experience with raising and managing PO’s
* Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
