Job Purpose
To deliver excellent service to Price Forbes Re’s clients through the timely and accurate processing of their reinsurance transactions. This will be achieved by close cooperation with your colleagues across the Fulfilment function (Account Managers, Claims Technicians & IBA) ensuring that, post placement, risks are handed over with sufficient information to process properly & that queries are resolved in a timely fashion.
Key Accountabilities
Main Responsibilities:
1. Working collaboratively with Account Managers, Claims Technicians, IBA and your Technical Processing colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
2. Processing reinsurance risks on our policy administration system.
3. Reconcile accounts, process and debit premiums and handle closings.
4. Work across the business to quickly resolve bureaux and IBA queries.
5. Manage and undertake assigned project work to time scales as directed.
6. Maintain up-to-date and orderly files.
7. Utilise in-house, Lloyd’s and Company market systems including Open TWINS, Global XB, CLASS, LORS and other Price Forbes Re computer systems.
8. Learning how to process more complex types of reinsurance contract so that you can progress in your career.
9. Help develop junior colleagues, improving their technical capabilities and;
10. Help improve the overall organisational design, working with and learning about other Fulfilment colleagues’ roles, to better enhance the Client experience
Client Service:
11. Ensure that work is prioritised and processed quickly and accurately.
12. Escalate issues that may impact client outcomes to appropriate colleagues across Price Forbes Re or the wider Ardonagh Specialty business.
Representing Price Forbes Re:
Represent Price Forbes Re with clients, carriers, and other organisations in a professional manner. Champion the Price Forbes Re name and core values.
Compliance:
Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and Price Forbes Re compliance requirements, Errors and Omissions (E&O) compliance procedures and quality initiatives. Escalate any potential E&O's to Divisional Directors and the Legal & Compliance team at the earliest opportunity.

Person Specification
Essentials:
13. Experience in a reinsurance processing role.
14. Experienced in some aspects of Reinsurance processing (e.g. Proportional / Non proportional / Facultative / Binding Authority)
15. 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
16. Accurate and attentive to detail.
17. Good written and verbal skills.
18. Organized and reliable.
19. Collaborative team working approach.
20. Ability to work with employees at all organizational levels.
Desirables:
21. Proficient in the use of Open TWINS and / or Global XB
22. Proficient in the use of London Market systems e.g. LORS
23. Proficiency in MS Outlook (e-mail).
24. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
