Job Description
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
3. Monitoring the accounts inbox
4. Manage financial transactions and records
5. Inputting invoices onto SAP - Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
6. Producing driver timesheets
7. General administration
8. Support with H&S
9. Managing supplier portals for orders
10. Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
11. Assist the senior staff members with various tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
12. Previous strong finance administration experience
13. High attention to detail
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
15. Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
16. Excellent organisational abilities.
17. Professional attitude to work.
