Customer Service Administrator
Location: Stroud
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours
Salary: £13.50 per hour
We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic client based in Stroud, a leader in marketing and selling a diverse range of medical devices and pharmaceutical products across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Provide customer service support for international customers
2. Receive, acknowledge, and process orders via SAP
3. Collaborate with the International team to manage customer orders and forecasts
4. Deliver high-level customer service over phone and email
5. Coordinate invoicing with the Finance team
6. Generate export documentation to support shipments from the warehouse facility
7. Coordinate customer-organised pickups and provide updates as necessary
Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Experience with SAP system (training provided for the right candidate)
2. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Previous experience in a customer service role
