A school based in Crowborough is currently in need of Special Needs Teaching Assistants who are confident in supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Your key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Assist with lesson planning, help organise classroom materials, and track progress.
Be able to remain calm and composed if presented with challenging behaviour.
Be understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of children with special needs.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils.Requirements:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply.
Relevant experience is the industry is advantageous but not essential.
Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years.Benefits:
