Our client, as small, dynamic independent company are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join their team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities that keep their business running smoothly and their customers happy.
We are looking for:
Someone with competent computer skills, a professional email and telephone manner, and preferably some experience working in an office environment. If you are organised, efficient, and ready to take on a varied role in a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Quoting:
* Raise invoices for completed jobs by carefully understanding, interpreting, and converting engineers’ reports.
* Write up quotations based on engineers’ estimates.
Job Scheduling:
* Organise jobs to optimise business efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Schedule jobs for our tradespersons and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Customer Service:
1. Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer enquiries with professionalism and politeness.
2. Respond promptly to email enquiries and book appointments.
