Sales Administrator required to join a leading manufacturing company that is continuing to invest in its core infrastructure and now appoint an Internal Sales Support Representative to continue to drive success.
Sales Administrator Position Overview
1. Dedicated sales support for all external Sales Account Managers.
2. Organising, updating, and managing the customer database & CRM system
3. Daily sales order reviewed ensuring all deliveries are on schedule.
4. Raising quotations as requested by sales account managers / customers.
5. Submission of quotations and assist on follow up actions.
6. Raise internal sales orders
7. Providing customers with order acknowledgments and ensuring delivery dates are kept updated.
8. Arrange for golden samples to be manufactured and delivered to customers.
9. Raise and follow up the Stock Approval Form (SAF) ensuring product approval.
10. Manage the Customers Portals, order confirmations and deliveries.
11. Advise customers of deliveries, arrange collections, and send Certificates of Conformities to Key Customers
Sales Administrator Position Requirements
12. Previous experience within a sales support position or similar
13. strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Word & Excel
14. Must live within a commutable distance of Wembley
15. Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently as well as with teams.

16. Full time - Permanent position
17. Monday - Friday
18. £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
