Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hours lunch)

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, emails, and web chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot common issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
8. Proven experience in a customer service role, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
10. Proficient in using IT systems and software applications.
11. Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues efficiently.
12. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
13. Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
