A growing business is looking for an electrically biased Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out electrical and mechanical activities within a manufacturing environment at a fused chemicals processing plant (24-hour operation).
Along with a salary of £41,950 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a pension scheme (6% contribution), overtime opportunities, annual medical and occupational health support, access to a welfare block containing a fully functioning kitchen and access to a brand-new shower block/changing area.
You will be working 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (12-hour shifts).
What you’ll be doing as Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Working under the guidance of the Engineering Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance data input/output
Evaluating equipment performance and recommending improvements
Following safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
Identifying and reporting unsafe operations to Line Supervisor immediately
We’re looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with:
Minimum City & Guilds with 17th Edition
HV experience and qualifications desirable
Counterbalance fork lift truck licence desirable
Flexibility to work different shift patterns
