What Youll Be Doing:
* Make pizzas from scratch: dough, sauce, toppings the whole deal.
* Prepare starters like but not limited to chicken nuggets and salads, shared grilled plates and baked Camembert cheese, and add desserts like but not limited to ice cream and Churrosfor the perfect finish.
* Keep everything organised and running smoothly in the kitchen.
* Stay on top of kitchen inventory and ingredient orders. Control and reduce wastage and cut unwanted costs.
* Develop the menu and help us keep the menu updated and trendy.
* Develop detailed technological and costing cards (recipes and cost breakdowns) for the kitchen
* Control and monitor suppliers and stock turnover

What Were Looking For:
* Experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role. Be ready to work independently.
* Skills in crafting pizzas from scratch and making starters and desserts. Skills in developing the menu and staying on top of the restaurant trends.
* Good time-management and organisation skills. Be ready to manage the kitchen from top to bottom.
* Familiarity with kitchen safety and cleanliness standards.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for great food.
