Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Abbey Wood on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:
1. Pay in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE)
2. Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment
3. Car allowance for Senior Sales Negotiator

In the role of an Negotiator you will:
8. Register Customers and carry out property matches
9. Generate and conduct property viewings
10. Negotiate offers between all parties
11. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
12. Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
A full UK driving license is essential.
