We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are currently hiring Call Centre Agents/Administrators who will be based in their Potters Bar Office.
Please note this role is on a temp to perm basis, after 12 weeks the suitable candidate may be offered a PAYE Permanent role
Role Details:
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Hourly Rate: £14.86 per hour (weekly pay through Umbrella for first 12 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Scheduling
* Efficiently book and plan maintenance jobs
* General Administration
* Upload data onto the company system.
* Handle filing and scanning tasks
* Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
* Liaise with tenants to ensure they are informed about updates.
* Social Housing Interaction
* Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 years in the UK’s administrative sector/Customer Service Sector.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
