Here at Chubb Fire & Security we are looking for an ER Services Advisor to to join our high performing shared services team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on an 8-month fixed term contract running through to the end of March 2025

SALARY: up to £35,000 per annum

Job Description
What you'll be doing as ER Services Advisor:
The main goal of this role is to provide professional and accurate Employee Relations advice to the business
Duties will include:
11. Receive and action telephone enquiries from the business
12. Provide specialist support and advice in relation to employee relations matters to line managers and employees
13. Attend meetings with managers across the business
14. Provide support on projects within the HR department
15. Administration of HR processes and procedures.
16. Ensure completion of cases within KPI timescales.
17. Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday | Rota 9am - 5pm then 8am - 4pm | Hybrid working |
During your first two weeks you will be fully office based, after this you will be working from home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
Qualifications
What We Would Like You To Bring
18. Prior experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to ER related matters
19. Strong knowledge of UK employment law
20. HR Shared Service Centre experience would be an advantage
21. Strong customer service skills and excellent stakeholder management
22. Experience of working to set procedures and in a logical manner
23. The ability to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands
24. Strong interpersonal skills and team player
25. Good organisational skills with ability to multitask
26. Knowledge of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
