As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Residential Conveyancers with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion. You will assist in managing files, liaising with clients, drafting documents, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting conveyancers in handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Drafting and preparing legal documents.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
* Maintaining accurate file records and managing administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a legal assistant or conveyancing support role.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
