An opportunity to join a "Tech for Good" start up who have ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years of which you would play a pivotal role. Joining the business now as the Head of Product and owning the Product function, you can realistically expect to progress into a Chief of Product role during your tenure. This is potentially a career defining role for an ambitious Product Manager looking to move into a Head of role or equally would suit a head of Product looking to take on a brand new challenge.

As the Head of Product you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the software offerings. This is an opportunity to drive significant change in the industry through data-driven decision-making and cutting-edge technology.
What you will do:
1. Product Strategy: Define and lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
4. UX Design : Oversee the design and user experience of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data and analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
6. Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
7. Agile Methodologies : Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development and delivery.
Skills & Tech:
8. Product Management Tools : Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello.
9. UX/UI Design Principles : Knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma.
10. Agile Methodologies : Experience with Scrum, Kanban.
11. Market Research : Ability to conduct thorough market analysis.
12. Design Thinking : Strong understanding of design thinking principles.
13. Communication and Leadership : Excellent communication and leadership skills.
14. Technical Understanding : Solid understanding of technology, particularly in data and AI sectors.
The Person:
15. Proven Track Record : Experience launching successful cloud-based products and services.
16. Startup Experience : Familiarity with taking early-stage tech startups through product design, development, and iteration.
17. Technical Background : Strong technical background, preferably in deep tech startups.
18. Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.
19. Data-Driven Mindset : Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach.
20. Agile and SDLC : Deep understanding of data products, software development life cycle, and agile methodologies.
