We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and organised Site Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in the Construction industry. If you have a passion for ensuring efficient site operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!
As a Regional Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the site management team across the North West and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers excellent career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the setup of new sites, ensuring adequate hardware, internet connectivity, and PPE
* Support the distribution of tender documentation to subcontractors
* Maintain records of all site inductions
* Manage document control, including printing of drawings, maintaining schedules, and uploading the latest versions as requested
* Coordinate site meetings and attend internal team meetings to provide updates
* Support the organisation of team events and socials
* Collaborate with the project management team to collate information for regular reporting and keep schedules up to date
* Manage the project inbox and assist the project/site managers with staying on top of their projects
* Monitor and manage CCS schemes and collect required evidence
* Gather data and information for environmental initiatives
* Assist with audits and bespoke project reporting
* Support project handover activities, including archiving documentation and updating snagging schedules
* Contribute to project reviews and ensure quality assurance of project documentation
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* A valid driver's licence, own transport and ability to travel to various site locations
