Temp to Perm - Cleaning Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Central London - £15.20 per hour
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider situated in Central London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to develop their career in FM based in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment.
Details/Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday
* 14:30pm to 23:30pm
* 1 weekend in every 4 from 08:00am to 18:00pm
* Contract type - temp to perm
* Immediate start
Key duties & Responsibilities:
* The supervision of front-line operatives
* Daily liaison with the Visitor Experience Team (primarily Duty Managers) attending
* Regular meetings as directed by line management
* Feedback to line management regarding service delivery issues and overall perception of
* Service delivery
* Undertake regular service audits
* React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
* Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted
* for non-recorded activities
* Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
* Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
* Meet regularly with The Cleaning Manager to discuss service delivery and the changing
* Requirements for the estate
* Support the delivery of training to the soft services team
* With the Cleaning Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals
* Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning
* Staff to cover absences, lateness and holidays
* Note and report any general maintenance issues across the estate
* Be flexible in covering planned and unforeseen absence by colleagues
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Previous experience of supervising operations in a demanding environment
* Customer service focused
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH
* Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management
* Good command of English language, both written and oral
