Join our client's dynamic team as a PMO Analyst and contribute to the success of their impressive portfolio within the Utilities industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent and expertise in a fixed-term contract role based in Warwick.
As a PMO Analyst, you will be an essential part of the RESP programme team, supporting the RESP PMO lead in effectively monitoring and managing the Programme. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the running of the RESP programme and workstreams
2. Managing the governance cadence for the programme, including preparing governance packs, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on action delivery
3. Owning and managing the programme RAID log, reporting on progress, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions
4. Coordinating the deliverables review plan (DRP) for the programme, working closely with programme workstreams to understand the current state of delivery
5. Assisting with the programmes core PMO activities, including planning and development, lessons learned log, status monitoring and reporting, change control, and business management standard compliance.
To be successful in this role, our client is looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
6. Experience working in a PMO role for a portfolio or large programme
7. Familiarity with the structure of the electricity industry and market
8. An understanding of our client's role, objectives, and key external stakeholders
9. Proactive and capable of working in a time-pressured environment
10. Strong experience dealing with multiple competing stakeholders
11. Quality-focused, with excellent attention to detail
12. Supportive of a team under pressure
13. Proficient in MSP, Excel, and SharePoint
