Do you have experience of managing a team to increase branch part sales and maintain strong relationships with existing customers?
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will develop and implement a parts sales strategy in agreement with the Branch Manager. You will provide professional support while supervising the daily activities of the Parts Department staff, maintaining a team environment to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
In order to perform this role effectively, you will need to have experience managing a team and completing appraisals. You will need to have experience of managing budgets and costs, as well as maintaining customer relations to a high level. Health and safety is a priority so complying with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures are a must.
