Opportunity: Recruitment Researcher / Resourcer Location: Radlett, WD7 Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Commission Parking Days and hours: Office-based Monday-Friday 9-5.30, with flexibility around hours State date: January 2025 We’re looking for a highly motivated, confident and personable Recruitment Researcher / Resourcer to join our team, working directly with the Founder and CEO of a fast-growing and respected property recruitment company. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to identify candidates Database Management : Maintain and update a robust database of qualified candidates for future opportunities Job Posting Creation: Write job descriptions that attract the best talent Initial Screening: Review CVs and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements Phone Screening: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates, build relationships, and get them excited about the opportunities Headhunting: Approach passive candidates who may be suitable, even if they’re not actively looking for a job Networking: Build and nurture relationships with professionals in the property industry Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity Essential requirements: Exceptional sourcing and research abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong phone presence and confidence in engaging candidates and clients A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates If you’re up for the challenge and ready to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you Collins Property Recruitment is a business with a purpose: to enable talent and businesses to meet and do great things together.
