You will be looking after a busy Multi-Franchise department where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: from day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service & Parts Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met. We are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.
You will be an individual who prides themselves on exceptional customer service, works well with the staff to get the best out of the department, and someone who will make the department their own. This is a very busy department, rather complex due to multi brand representation with a long standing presence within the area.
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
1. We are ideally looking for someone with similar experience and background. It is about the organisation and skills you can bring to this role - which at times due to the complexities can be pressurised but thoroughly rewarding and successful.
2. A proven and solid background in service management is essential as we need the individual to be of the highest calibre.
3. Main Dealership experience is essential. At least 3 years.
4. Relevant systems experience such as Keyloop, 1 Link etc would also be advantageous.
